ZeroB RO Customer Care in Delhi – Doorstep Service, Same Day

ZeroB is a water treatment brand of Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, and its RO, UV and UF purifiers are common in Delhi homes and offices. When one stops working, most people search for a customer care number and want two things quickly: someone who understands the machine, and a technician at the door.

Which ZeroB purifier problems do we fix in Delhi?

Most ZeroB call-outs in Delhi fall into a handful of recognisable faults:

• No water from the purifier – usually a failed SMPS adapter, a jammed solenoid valve, or a booster pump that has stopped priming.
• Very slow flow or a tank that never fills – typically a choked sediment or carbon pre-filter, or an RO membrane at the end of its life.
• Water tastes or smells wrong – an exhausted post-carbon filter, or a storage tank that needs sanitising.
• Continuous drain / purifier never switches off – a faulty float valve, TDS controller, or auto-cut assembly.
• Leakage – perished push-fit connectors, a cracked filter housing, or an over-tightened bowl.

Why does Delhi water put such a load on an RO purifier?

Much of Delhi is supplied by, or supplements with, groundwater that is noticeably hard and high in dissolved solids. The Bureau of Indian Standards drinking water specification, IS 10500, sets 500 mg/l as the acceptable limit for total dissolved solids, with 2,000 mg/l permissible only where no alternate source exists. Plenty of Delhi borewell supply sits well above the acceptable figure.

Two practical consequences for a ZeroB owner: hardness scales the RO membrane faster than the manual's default schedule assumes, and a purifier running on high-TDS input works its pump harder. In parts of south and west Delhi we routinely see membranes needing replacement sooner than owners expect. This is why we measure TDS at the inlet and the outlet on every visit — it is the only way to know whether the membrane is still doing its job, rather than guessing from taste.

How often should a ZeroB RO be serviced?

Treat these as a starting point, not a rule. Input water quality and daily usage move every one of them, and in high-TDS parts of Delhi the shorter end of each range is usually the realistic one.
